Stalker Kit
The Brunton Automotive Stalker Sports car Kits contains all parts that are specifically made for the Stalker, are modified at Brunton Automotive to make them suitable for the Stalker, or are difficult to obtain in suitable condition for a high performance vehicle from Used Part vendors.
We must stress that no design, welding or engineering is required.

The Loose Component Package Within The Crate, Includes
Custom made, T.I.G welded Chrome Moly Control arms. (1)
Trailing arms and Panhard Rod.(2)
Windshield Frame and polished 316 Stainless Steel mounting stays. (3)
Suspension / steering shaft bushing package. (4)

Engine/Transmission mount Brackets. (8)
The GM spindles (7) are modified by Brunton Automotive to suit the Stalker steering geometry. ( Exchange )
OPTIONAL AVO lightweight shocks (9) are imported from the UK.
The Chevette Steering rack (6), is supplied, fully reconditioned and tested. We prefer to supply this critical item, as many "junkyard parts" are not suitable for a very high performance sports car.
The Custom made "Delron" suspension and steering shaft bushings, (Number 4 In Previous Photo)
This Photo illustrates the Laser cut brackets to attach to locally sourced Rear Axle. When Attached these form the Rear Coil over and Panhard rod mounts.
If you collect your kit, we will fit the brackets to your axle...no charge.....

A custom driveshaft, built by professionals, using all new components, is another part that we prefer to supply. All remaining parts to finish the car can be sourced by the builder locally, and usually represent considerably more than half of the total cost of the car.
All Aluminum panels can be fitted
Required for 3800 installations
The following parts are made, or modified with jigs, or proprietary parts / programs to enable the Front Wheel Drive Pontiac/Buick 3800 engine to be fitted in the Rear Wheel Drive Stalker Kit
The custom wiring harness, with re programmed ECU, which allows the Buick 3800 engine to run efficiently and clean with OBDII sequential Fuel injection, without needing inputs from the OEM electronic Automatic Transmission. (The Stalker is RWD 5 speed)
This Flywheel to suit the Supercharged L67 engine…( normally Automatic only )
Modified Bellhousing makes it Rear Wheel Drive.

The manufactured parts made by Bruntonauto, are typically not painted or coated. Local sourcing of these services is required. Fiberglass parts are Grey Sandable Gelcote and require finishing and painting.
All major bends are done in the Aluminum kit.
Final fitment and trimming must be done by the builder.
Specialized exhaust coatings can be supplied, if not locally available.
Typically, a Stalker Kit requires 300 to 400 man hours to complete, more if "Show Quality" paintwork is desired.
Build times average at about seven months, some as little as three.
Some customers may require a brake line kit, which contains several unusual adapters to enable the mix of Metric and American components to be properly integrated. As with steering components, professionally made brake lines are recommended
